This Privacy Policy has been in effect since October 24, 2025. If an update is made to this Privacy Policy, the date posted will reflect the date that the most current Privacy Policy went into effect. Additionally, indication will appear on our site in a visible area to communicate that an updated version of our Privacy Policy has been established and posted on our site.
Information
This section of the Privacy Policy is to explain information that may be received as a result of your interaction on this site and any other platforms/technology that you may interact with while using this site.
As you interact with this site, there are different types of information that may be received to us based on your interaction with the site.
But first, let’s start with the “who”:
WHO
In general, there are three main layers of involvement to have a website be available for a user to engage with:
1. Domain Registrar
A website’s domain name is also known as the “url”. In order to have a domain name, it must be registered with a domain registrar.
2. Web Hosting Platform
A web hosting platform is the platform that the website is designed on. This may be the same company that the domain is registered with or a different company that has a web hosting service(s) available.
3. The Person/Business, etc.
This is the person or business that the url belongs to once it is registered with a domain registrar. There are instances, however, where a web hosting platform may give a person/business the ability to use a url (namely, a subdomain) without it officially belonging to the person/business.A web hosting platform is the platform that the website is designed on. This may be the same company that the domain is registered with or a different company that has a web hosting service(s) available.
With regards to this site:
The domain registrar has information that it sends to the web hosting platform with regards to the registered domain name for this site (the url) so that the domain name can be linked/connected to the design of this site. The information that the domain registrar sends to the web hosting platform is information related to the domain name specifically, and does not involve information about a specific user.
Because a web hosting platform is needed to publish a website’s design for users to see and engage with, depending on what is done on the site, the web hosting platform may be the recipient of information that was submitted by a user.
For example, there may be an online form on our site that was designed and published using a built-in form feature that is made available by the web-hosting platform. If a user submits the online form, their form (and the contents included on they form) would be received by the web-hosting platform, and then made available to us for us to view the submitted form.
Additionally, there may be some additional information that the web hosting platform may provide to us, based on information that users may have submitted directly to us. For example, in keeping with the example used above, the web hosting platform may give us the date/time that the form was submitted.
There may be times where a user is redirected from our site to another site/platform for a specified reason. For the sake of this Privacy Policy, these other sites/platforms will be referred to as third-party platforms.
A user may be redirected to a third-party platform to access additional content—such as when clicking a button to schedule an appointment, make a payment, etc. This does not serve as an endorsement of these platforms, which you can learn more about on their site directly.
For a third-party platform, we have no control over how they operate and any changes that they make to their platform/services. However, prior to being redirected to a third-party platform from our site, we may list the name of the third-party platform in close proximity on the page to the button, etc. so that you can be aware in advance and have the option to learn more about the third-party platform prior to clicking that button, for example, and being redirected to their platform.
Additionally, depending on the platform, a third-party platform may provide additional information to us that we did not specifically ask the user but may be automatically received by the third-party on their end from users who interact on their site (such as the time that the user submitted an online form or scheduled an appointment, for example). Once again, we have no control over how a third-party platform operates and information they may make available to us that we did not ask the user directly. However, we may list the name of the third-party platform in close proximity on the page on our site near the button, etc. so that you can be made aware in advance and have the option to learn more about them prior to clicking that button, for example, and being redirected to their platform.

Purposes of Use
Below are the overall purposes for why we collect the specific category of information (mentioned above):
Directly on Site
First Name & Last Name
As a company, we may have an event/program available (such as a leadership program) for people to participate in. Therefore, we may have an online form/application for interested participants to submit. As one completes the online form, we value getting to know each participant, which starts with knowing their name! Knowing one’s name will help us best serve each participant and also know who it is that is completing the online form.
Additionally, we may have an online form on our site that will serve as a survey for clients/participants to complete. On the online form, we may ask for the client/participant’s name so that we may know who to associate the survey/feedback with. Additionally, Upon completing the online form/survey, we may share a client/participant’s testimonial (or other contents of the survey) with the community/public, which may involve the mention of their name. Prior to submitting their online form/survey, we will ask the individual for permission (on the form) regarding their information being shared publicly with the community (and which information they are comfortable sharing, (such as their name) or whether they would prefer for that information to remain anonymous/private).
As a company, we may have an event/program available (such as a leadership program) for people to participate in. Therefore, we may have an online form/application for interested participants to submit. As one completes the online form, we may ask for the prospective participant’s email address so that we have a way to communicate with the individual/applicant after submitting their form.
Additionally, we may have an online form on our site that will serve as a survey for clients/participants to complete. On the online form, we may ask for the client/participant’s email address so that we may know who to associate the survey/feedback with.
Cell Number
As a company, we may have an event/program available (such as a leadership program) for people to participate in. Therefore, we may have an online form/application for interested participants to submit. As one completes the online form, we may ask for the prospective participant’s cell phone number so that we have an additional way (outside of email) to communicate with the individual/applicant after submitting their form, if needed—including during their participation in the event/program.
Location (city, state, etc.)
As one completes an online form on our site (such as for an event/program), we may ask for the individual to let us know their location (such as their city/state) so that we can have an idea of where our applicants/participants are from and how to best serve them based on their location, time zone, etc.
Additionally, we may have an online form on our site that will serve as a survey for clients/participants to complete—which may involve us asking them for their location (such as the city/state they are located in). Upon completing the online form/survey, we may share a client/participant’s testimonial (or other contents of the survey) with the community/public, which may involve the mention of the city/state that they are located in, for example. Prior to submitting their online form/survey, we will ask the individual for permission (on the form) regarding their information being shared publicly with the community and which information they are comfortable sharing, (such as their name) or whether they would prefer for that information to remain anonymous/private.
Background Info
As a company, we may have an event/program available (such as a leadership program) for people to participate in. Therefore, we may have an online form/application for interested participants to submit. As one completes the online form, we may ask questions to help us get to know the prospective participant better such as questions regarding their story, gifts/talents, mindset, related experience, etc.). This will also help us best match them with a group of like-minded individuals, if needed/necessary for the particular event/program that they are applying for.
Additionally, we may have an online form on our site that will serve as a survey for clients/participants to complete—which may involve us asking them about background info related to their feedback or experience with us/our service. Upon completing the online form/survey, we may share a client/participant’s testimonial (or other contents of the survey) with the community/public, which may involve the mention of background info, for example. Prior to submitting their online form/survey, we will ask the individual for permission (on the form) regarding their information being shared publicly with the community and which information they are comfortable sharing (such as their name) or whether they would prefer for that information to remain anonymous/private.
Indirectly from the Site
There may be some calls to action that a user can take from our site that would involve submitting their email address to us.
For example, if a user would like to email us from our site, they may have the opportunity to use a feature on our site where they can click a button that will automatically open up a screen on their device for them to draft and send an email to us. This feature would involve the use of a third-party email platform that is often available/built-in with phone/computer devices and/or their device settings. Alternatively, if a user prefers to email us manually from their email platform of choice, they can do that as well without using that email feature.
Additionally, if a user would like to schedule an appointment from our site, they may have the opportunity to click on a button that would take them to a third-party platform to book an appointment with us—which may involve them submitting their email address to receive a confirmation of their booked appointment and additional alerts/notifications related to their appointment. Additionally, when booking their appointment, the user may have a profile that is established with the scheduling platform where they may have the opportunity to review their appointment(s), make changes, etc. The third-party platform may also send communication as well—which will be mentioned to the user on their screen before solidifying their appointment.
First and Last Name
If a user would like to schedule an appointment from our site, they may have the opportunity to click on a button that would take them to a third-party platform to book an appointment with us—which may involve them submitting their first and last name so that we know the name of the individual that our appointment is with. Additionally, when booking their appointment, the user may have a profile that is established with the scheduling platform where they may have the opportunity to review their appointment(s), make changes, etc.
Phone Number
If a user would like to schedule an appointment from our site, they may have the opportunity to click on a button that would take them to a third-party platform to book an appointment with us—which may involve them submitting their phone number to receive a confirmation of their booked appointment and additional alerts/notifications related to their appointment. Additionally, when booking their appointment, the user may have a profile that is established with the scheduling platform where they may have the opportunity to review their appointment(s), make changes, etc.
Additional Information
When being redirected to a third-party platform to access additional content—such as when clicking a button to schedule an appointment, this does not serve as an endorsement of these platforms, which you can learn more about on their site directly.
There may be times where a user may be given a link to a third-party platform to complete certain actions such as making a payment, for example. In such instances, the user may be asked for additional information such as: card information, billing address, expiration date, etc. to complete that action.
Additionally, a user may be given the opportunity to join our waitlist or stay in the loop about other additional information such as upcoming events, etc. To receive that correspondence from us, the user will have the opportunity to opt-in and opt-out of such correspondence.
Upon submitting the categories of information to us (name, email, phone number), we will keep that information on-hand in case a user would like to contact us, participate in another event/program, or schedule another appointment with us—where we would be able to review their event/appointment/conversation history with us, to help us best serve them in the future. If a user would like to change/have their customer profile deleted from the scheduling platform, they can feel free to email us at: [email protected]. Additionally, if they would like to have a submitted online form/application deleted, they can also email us at: [email protected]. With regards to past email conversations, the capability for us to delete a conversation entirely is not available, as an email “deleted” would only be a one-sided deletion—where the email would be deleted on our end only, and not from all parties/recipients that were involved in that email conversation. The email conversation would have to be manually deleted by all parties/recipients that were involved in that email conversation, including by the user. However, if a user has any questions, they can email us at: [email protected] and we can see how we can best assist the user.
Please Note: If any submitted information violates any codes of conduct/laws, we may have to keep that information on-file.
Sources of Personal Information
When using this site, two main categories of sources of information that we receive/collect are from:
The user
A third-party
Specifically, below are the sub-categories of how information is collected from the sources mentioned above:
Directly from the User
Information received from a user directly would be information given directly from the user when submitting an online form, for example.
Indirectly from the User
Keeping with the same example above:
Information received from a user indirectly may be the date/time that the user’s online form was submitted, for example.
Directly from a Third-Party
Information received directly from a third-party would be information received directly by a user, using a third-party platform. For example, a user may have chosen to click the button on our site to then proceed with scheduling an appointment with us on a third-party platform. The name, email, and phone number they gave when scheduling their appointment would be considered information received directly from a third-party.
Indirectly from a Third-Party
Information received indirectly from a third-party platform would be information received in connection to a user’s direct action with us. For example, if a user schedules an appointment with us on the third-party scheduling platform—the third-party platform may share with us the date/time that the user took the action to book their appointment with us. That date/time would be considered indirect information we received by a third-party.
Categories of Third Parties
Below are the categories of third-party platforms that may receive information from our site:
Direct Third-Party Platforms
Direct third-party platforms would include third-party platforms that are directly involved when a user completes an action on/from our site—such as:
Service-Based Platforms
This would include third-party platforms that are directly involved with providing a service to the user on/from the site such as:
Scheduling platform: If a user would like to schedule an appointment from our site, they may have the option to click on a button that will take them to a third-party platform where they may have the opportunity to book an appointment with us.
Email platform: If a user would like to email us from our site, they may have have the opportunity to use a feature on our site where they can click a button that may automatically open up a screen on their device for them to draft and send an email to us. This feature may involve the use of a third-party email platform that is often available/built-in with phone/computer devices and/or their device settings. Alternatively, if a user prefers to email us manually from their email platform of choice, they can do that as well without using that email feature.
Indirect Third-Party Platforms
An indirect third-party platform would include a third-party platform that is indirectly involved when a user completes an action on/from our site—such as a business/organization that the user is a part of in relation to their use action on our site.
Business/Organization
If a business/organization, for example, chooses to utilize our services for their team/team member(s)—depending on the the agreement/service, the organization may receive a copy of an online form/application submitted to us by one of their team members on the site—for the implementation of the service (ex: leadership training/development, improving team morale, etc.).
Community
We may have an online form on our site that may serve as a survey for clients/participants to complete. Upon completing the online form/survey, we may share a client/participant’s testimonial (or other contents of the survey) with the community/public. Prior to submitting their online form/survey, we will ask the individual for permission (on the form) regarding their information being shared publicly with the community and which information they are comfortable sharing (such as their name, for example) or whether they would prefer for that information to remain anonymous/private.
Currently, we do not knowingly use a pixel or third-party cookie on our site to track/get additional information from user interactions on our site.
Categories of Information Sold or Shared with Third Parties & Disclosure for Business Purposes
As a company, we do not knowingly nor intentionally share your information with a third-party while using our site, other than, for example, the automated submission of an online form/application (completed on the site) that may be sent to us via email to the email platform that we use to send/receive emails and review form submissions emailed to us.
Additionally, we do not intentionally nor knowingly use a pixel or third-party cookie on our site to track/get additional information from user interactions on our site.
Any information that is shared with a third-party is (to our actual knowledge) information given by the user directly, that they chose to share/give while interacting with a third-party (such as when booking an appointment on a third-party scheduling platform, for example).
We also have no actual knowledge of “selling” or “sharing” user information (such as sharing a user’s testimonial with the community or sharing a user’s submitted online form with the organization that enrolled them with the service) of anyone under the age of 18 unless they have given/received the proper acknowledgement/permissions.
Prior to sharing any personal information with us (whether directly on our site or indirectly using a third-party platform)—users must acknowledge/agree that the person they are registering (including themselves) is at least 13 years of age or older, and that they have consent from a parent/guardian if under the age of 18 (or the specified age in their jurisdiction).
In that case, the following third-party category (mentioned in the section above) would be involved, along with the following categories of personal information:
Category of Third-Party: “Indirect Third-Party Platform” > “Business/Organization”
Categories of Personal Information: “Directly on the Site” > “First name”, “last name”, “email”, “cell number”, “location (city/state, etc.)”, “background info (such as information regarding one’s story, gifts/talents, experiences, etc.)”
We may have an online form on our site that will serve as a survey for clients/participants to complete. The online form/survey will help us learn about a client/participant’s experience with us/our service, hear important feedback, and ultimately see how we can better serve them/others in the future. Upon completing the online form/survey, we may share a client/participant’s testimonial (or other contents of the survey) with the community/public, which may include the following third-party category (mentioned in the section above), along with the following categories of personal information:
Category of Third-Party: “Indirect Third-Party Platform” > “Community”
Categories of Personal Information: “Directly on the Site” > “First name”, “last name”, “email”, “cell number”, “location (city/state, etc.)”, “background info (such as information regarding one’s story, gifts/talents, experiences, etc.)”
Because some of the information on the online form may be considered sensitive information to the user (such as their contact information or background info)—prior to submitting their online form/survey, we will ask the individual for permission (on the form) regarding their information being shared publicly with the community and which information they are comfortable sharing (such as their name) or whether they would prefer for that information to remain anonymous/private.
Additionally, please note that we do not intentionally sell any user’s information in exchange for a payout. However, as mentioned above, we may share a testimonial, for example, with the community (upon permission from the user). That testimonial may lead someone to participate in one of our paid services. Because that shared testimonial led to a purchase—it may be formally considered “shared” or “sold” information. However, as mentioned above, prior to the user submitting their online form/survey that includes their testimonial, we will ask the individual for permission (on the form) regarding their information being shared publicly with the community and which information they are comfortable sharing (such as their name) or whether they would prefer for that information to remain anonymous/private.
Additional Clauses
According to California law, there are additional actions that a user in California can take with regards to their information in connection to their use of this site/sites in general. Below are some additional clauses to address that:
Request to Know Personal Information
If a user would like to know what information has been collected regarding them specifically, why that information was collected, and how it was used (including information that may have been shared or “sold”)—they can contact us at [email protected] to request to know that specific information, free of charge.
Please note that we do not intentionally sell any user’s information in exchange for a payout. However, as mentioned earlier in this Privacy Policy, we may share a testimonial, for example, with the community (upon permission from the user).
Upon receiving the request:
To protect a user’s information, we may ask the user questions (prior to disclosing any information to them) to verify they are indeed that specific user making the request to know that information. Additionally, if someone is making a request on behalf of a user, then we may also take additional steps to verify that the person making the request has permission/legal authority from the user to make that request. Any information shared to verify the user (or the person making a request for a user) will be used solely for verification purposes—unless that information overlaps information already given by the user for a particular purpose/service (such as information being used for communication purposes for an upcoming appointment, for example).
As a general timeline:
A business must respond to a user’s request within 45 calendar days, and may give an extension of an additional 45 days (if the user is notified)—permitting a total 90 days to respond to a user’s request.
The information shared with a user would be based on the12-month period prior to the submitted request, free of charge. If a request is made more than twice within a 12-month period, then we as a business (according to California law) are permitted in summary to: to charge a fee or not move forward with the request—as it qualifies as “excessive”. If we choose not to move forward with a request, the user making the request (or the person making the request for the user) will be notified as to why the request did not move forward.
There are also additional reason/factors that may result in a business not moving forward with a request. However, in such case, the user will be notified as to why.
Request to Delete Personal Information
If a user would like to have personal information deleted, regarding them specifically—they can contact us at [email protected] to request to have that information deleted. Additionally, if the user would like to have their information deleted from a third-party platform(s), then we can tell that platform to do so, and/or manually delete information you have shared with that platform that we have access to. For example, if a user has scheduled an appointment with us using a third-party scheduling platform that we use for appointments, then we can manually delete that user’s profile from that platform—including any information regarding the user in connection to their profile on that platform (such as their name, email address, phone number, etc.).
Upon receiving the request:
To protect a user’s information, we may ask the user questions (prior to disclosing any information to them) to verify they are indeed that specific user making the request for deletion.
There may be certain information that may be exempt from being deleted—such as information needed to comply with legal obligations, for example. If a user’s request does not move forward, the user making the request (or the person making the request for the user) will be notified as to why the request did not move forward.
Request to Correct Personal Information
If a user would like to have personal information corrected, regarding them specifically—they can contact us at [email protected] to request to have that information corrected.
Upon receiving the request:
To protect a user’s information, we may ask the user questions (prior to disclosing any information to them) to verify they are indeed that specific user making the request to correct that information.
There may be certain cases where an exemption to correct the information is permitted—such as if the user (or the person making the request on behalf of the user) is not able to be verified. If a user’s request does not move forward, the user making the request (or the person making the request for the user) will be notified as to why the request did not move forward.
Request to Limit the Use of Personal Information
As a company, we typically retain using a user’s personal information for the service(s) they have chosen to utilize.
However, there may be times where we may have an online form on our site that will serve as a survey for clients/participants to complete. The online form/survey will help us learn about a client/participant’s experience with us/our service, hear important feedback, and ultimately see how we can better serve them/others in the future. Upon completing the online form/survey, we may share a client/participant’s testimonial (or other contents of the survey) with the community/public.
Although the option to limit the use of their information will be available on the online form (by asking them for permission)—if a user would prefer to formally request the limit of their information, they can contact us at [email protected].
Additionally, the user may choose not complete the online form/survey at all.
Availability of Services
At Wisdom, Future & Hope—our heart is to serve with excellence. Therefore, whether a user would like to make a request regarding their personal information or not—that should not determine the level of excellence that they receive from us. For example, we will not change the price of our services for a particular user—solely because they chose to make a request regarding their personal information. However, there may be times (in general) where a user may be given a discount, such as with our referral program, for example.
As mentioned above within this “Added Clauses” section of the Privacy Policy, a business is permitted not to proceed with a request or to charge a fee if the number of requests made within a certain time period qualifies as “excessive”, for example. As also mentioned above, if we choose not to move forward with a request, the user making the request (or the person making the request for the user) will be notified as to why the request did not move forward.
It is important to note:
If a user requests to have their personal information deleted, for example—it may affect their service/level of engagement with us—as we may no longer have a form of contact to communicate with the user for a particular service/event.
Opting-Out
As a company, we do not knowingly or intentionally use a pixel or third-party cookie on our site to track/get additional information from user interactions on our site.
Information that we gather on our site is information that a user voluntarily shared with us—such as when submitting an online form, for example.
If personal information about a user is shared beyond Wisdom, Future & Hope and their personnel—then the user will be notified in advance prior to submission that the information they share with us may be used for a specific purpose beyond the entity of Wisdom, Future & Hope.
In such instances, the user will be made aware prior to submitting that personal information and will have the option to proceed with submitting that information or not.
For example:
(a): Sharing a testimonial that a user submitted to us with the community/public (with the user’s permission prior to submitting the testimonial); or
(b) If an organization utilizes our services for their team members (such as to improve team morale)—then we may share a copy of a user’s submitted online form/application (in participation with our services through their company/organization) with the organization that enrolled them with us—in which the user would be made aware of the sharing of their application/online form prior to choosing to submit the application/online form
In both instances, the user’s information was shared voluntarily in connection to the service(s) they chose to participate/utilize.
It is important to note:
With a testimonial, for example—that shared testimonial with the community may lead someone to participate in one of our paid services. Because that shared testimonial led to a purchase—it may be considered “sold” information.
If a user would like to “opt-out” of their information being shared or “sold”—
Please email us at [email protected] to make that request. Alternatively, you may complete this online form below.
Again, we do not knowingly or intentionally use a pixel to gather or track a user’s personal information while on our site nor do we use it for third-party advertising purposes (such as showing you an advertisement from us while you are on a third-party platform unrelated to your use for Wisdom, Future & Hope). However, we can take action on our end to make sure that we do not share your information in the methods mentioned earlier—such as with not sharing a user’s testimonial with the community/public, or not sharing a user’s online form/application with the organization who enrolled the user with us. However, in such case, if a user would not like for their online form/application not to be shared with the organization that enrolled them in the program (for purposes such as to improve team morale)—then it may impact the user’s participation in the program because the program may be designed for the organization to know some of that submitted information about their team member(s) (for example) so that they can better serve their team members in the future.
As a general timeline:
Upon making an opt-out request, please allow for up to 15 business days (from the date that the opt-out request was made) to receive a response regarding the opt-out request.
Please Note: There may be some exceptions that could result in an opt-out request to not move forward—such as if that information is needed to comply with legal obligations.
Special Note:
As mentioned earlier in this Privacy Policy, we have no actual knowledge of “selling” or “sharing” user information (such as sharing a user’s testimonial with the community or sharing a user’s submitted online form with the organization that enrolled them with the service) of anyone under the age of 18 unless they have given/received the proper acknowledgement/permissions.
(For example, the state of California specifies that an individual who is at least 13 years old but under the age of 16 can “opt-in” to their information being sold, and individuals under the age of 13 must have permission from a parent/guardian).

“Do Not Track” (DNT)
As mentioned in earlier parts of this Privacy Policy, we do not knowingly or intentionally use a pixel to gather or track user’s personal information while on our site nor do we use it for third-party advertising purposes (such as showing you an advertisement from us while you are on a third-party platform unrelated to your use for Wisdom, Future & Hope).
As mentioned in our Cookie Policy, we do not knowingly use a third-party service to gather user information for tracking purposes (such as a pixel). However, there may be some built-in functionalities within our web design/hosting platform that may involve cookie(s) being used to complete a certain outcome/result for the user.
Therefore, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Appealing a Request
As mentioned above within this “Added Clauses” section of the Privacy Policy, a business is permitted not to proceed with a request (see above for more details).
If a user’s request did not proceed, the user does have the option to appeal by sending an email to [email protected] with a request to appeal—where further instructions can be given at that time. Please allow at least 30-45 days for a response.
